Got back onto the tank tonight. Mixed a batch of proseal and after torquing the AN fittings for both my fuel return line and the vent line, they were sealed up.
I ordered 12 feet of 5052-0 3/8X.035 aluminum from ACS last month and am using that for my fuel lines.
Once the sealing of the fittings was done for the inner rib, I sealed the outboard rib and 100% clecoed it. I'll let it sit for a couple of days then rivet it. I also sealed and 100% clecoed the T-410 to the outboard rib. That will get riveted after I rivet the outboard rib first.
I finished off the 1st can of proseal and have my new can from Van's ready to go.
Right wing fuel tank inner rib
Fittings for the fuel return, vent, and BNC all sealed
Outboard rib is sealed and 100% clecoed in place along with the T-410
